At 518era, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

 

Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

All original tags, labels, and accessories must still be attached.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

 

Non-Returnable Items
Personalized or custom-made products
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
Health & personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
Gift cards or digital products
Clearance / final sale items

 

Return Process
1. Contact our customer service at cckknnchan@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt with your order number.

2. We will provide you with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

3. Ship the item back to the address we provide.

4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.

 

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at cckknnchan@gmail.com within 48 hours with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including original shipping cost) at no extra charge.

 

International Orders

For international customers, return shipping costs are significantly higher. Please contact us before returning.
