At 518era, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and reliably as possible. All orders are processed and shipped from our suppliers (primarily located in China).
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- During peak periods (holidays, sales), processing time may take up to 5 business days.

Tracking
- All orders include a tracking number.

- Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
International Orders
